I find this one interesting because as Bush is caught off guard we (1) witness him get ticked-off by the reporter's question and go into a defensive, nonsensical and confused diatribe to justify his being dishonest. ("I didn't know I was going to replace him because I didn't visit with his replacement.") I'm frankly surprised that that rediculously unbelievable statement didn't get a huge laugh from everyone in the room.
But before he goes off, he contradicts himself ("No, I didn't know that.") and (2) he makes a Freudian slip and says "The other thing I did know as well is ..."
I don't understand why he can't just be honest and say why he did what he did, instead of being so defensive. Odd. Several big-name news anchors took the unprecedented step of calling Bush on his lie, and using the word "lie" when referring to his latest contradictions. Another good video from thesilentpatriot.
